Terms governing the use of MDD websites and the OneSource RFQ platform.

By accessing or using any Matikba Dudu Developments Ltd (“MDD”) website or platform, including OneSource RFQ, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

MDD provides digital procurement workflow and RFQ management software. We do not act as buyer, seller, agent, or broker in transactions between parties.

2. Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities under their account.

3. Platform Use
  • No misuse, abuse, or reverse engineering
  • No fraudulent or misleading submissions
  • No unauthorised access attempts
4. RFQs and Transactions

MDD is not responsible for pricing, delivery, contract performance, or disputes between buyers and suppliers.

5. Data & Documents

Users remain responsible for the content they upload. MDD provides infrastructure and audit trails but does not validate commercial accuracy.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations or misuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

MDD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
